    Well have you guys ever had grilled salmon with a brown sugar glaze? I’m sure it tastes kind of the same as the “salmon candy”. Love your mini adventures. Thanks for sharing.

    yeah, I bet you’re right– I’ve never tried it that way–I tend to make super savory dishes with fish; I did prefer the salmon “candy” to the jerky.

    to my way of thinking, candy needs to be something a kid would crave–the salmon was good, but I can’t imagine kids craving it.
